Proactive, Professional Collections
Consumer's payments are due on or before the due date, and collection efforts will begin on the first day of delinquency - there is no grace period. Collection efforts are focused on the resolution and prevention of current and future delinquencies, and will stop only when the delinquency is resolved. The greatest success is achieved when branches have a daily plan to meet their collections objectives, and all parties contacted in pursuit of those objectives are treated professionally. Collection efforts are focused on the identification and favorable resolution of consumer problems to assist consumers in meeting their obligation and maximize the financial success of the company.
